Return and Refund Policy
By placing an order you are agreeing to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
Products
• Personalised items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
• There is a consultation period before any items are cut up to ensure you are happy to go ahead.
• Once the process is underway there are no returns of your textiles / clothes in their original state.
• If you are not happy with your order then please get in touch to discuss it. Refunds will be made only if the item is faulty.
• If any items are faulty then please contact within 7 days of delivery, items will need to be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Shipping costs incurred when returning products are only reimbursed if the product you have received is damaged or faulty - please note that we will only reimburse these shipping costs if you contact concerning your return before posting it back.
• Liability cannot be accepted for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Digital Patterns
• Because of the nature of the digital download patterns, unless the items has not downloaded correctly a refund cannot be offered, however, please contact if you have any issues.
Workshops
• Workshops need to be paid in full prior to the workshop.
• If you are unable to attend a booked workshop the following applies to your cancellation:
- 2 days or more before your booked class date – you may change the date or a refund will be offered with no extra charge.
- If you cancel within 2 days of your booked class, you will receive a credit note for the value of your booking that will need to be used within 6 months of the original workshop date.
- less than 24 hours before your booked workshop, unfortunately there will be no exchange or credit offered. Further workshops will need to be rebooked and paid for in full.
